"We stayed here for one night as a stopover. The area in which it is located seemed a little sketchy. The front desk person was not personable. It seems like a "family friendly" place, and until late, children were noisily running up and down the hall. The room was clean, but basic. We made it through the night, but I wouldn't stay here again. "
"Really close to bus stops and rail service. Located in the middle of a pedestrian area next to a shopping center and a venue, which means it can get a bit noisy at night (especially weekends). First time staying in a hostel, can't beat the price."
"Very friendly welcoming staff. Lovely food at affordable prices (I had evening meal on arrival & breakfast before checking out) plenty of parking spaces. Would definately stay again if I'm in the area"

"Great staff. Decent menu choices for the evening and plentiful breakfast. Great view from the dining room too.
Old part of the building is grand.
Rooms comfy and well equipped, but some aspects need tlc- small holes in net curtains and a towel.
Parking easy and in a quiet location in town - great for the Uni. "
"Amazing stay at flex four points by Sheraton hotel the room was very comfortable extremely clean comfortably warm lovely views staff extremely polite no complaints I so enjoyed my stay"
"The hotel is lovely rooms nice and clean. Staff helpful and talkative. Lovely restaurant and bar area. Didn’t visit spa this time. But will next visit "
"The house was fantastic for four groups of adults the bedrooms are all en-suite with immaculate bathrooms and all very quiet. The main living area is huge and provided plenty of space all the family to enjoy themselves. Close enough to Dundee city centre and waterfront to be able to walk in 30 mins. House was very clean on arrival and this made my wife’s stay very enjoyable. Taypark hotel is just down the hill so this was handy for something to eat or even a drink.Could have done with some instructions on the appliances for example the downstairs bedrooms temperature us controlled via a thermostat upstairs and when we arrived it took us a while to work out how to get some heat into them (upstairs was roasting whilst downstairs bedrooms were cold) underfloor heating in the lounge was great, never used the tv, the outside area was probably once at the same high standard as the interior of the house but could do with a wee but TLC Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying again "
"Stayed with elderly parents to visit family in the area. The house looked lovely in the photos and was better in real life. Beautiful inside and out, with everything you could wish for and more. Close to Dundee and the shops with plenty of space inside and out the house for a family of 4 - 6 to each have their own space. Accommodating of our needs and great communication prior to arrival I would highly recommend and we would definitely return to this beautiful home."
