"The room was dirty. Cracked cups. Windows old and rotten and couldn’t close. One window cracked. Hole in the bathroom door. Foreign objects in the bed so I slept on the towels. No air conditioning only a noisy fan. Plastic hose on that was broken. Curtains ripped and wouldn’t close properly. Coffee and tea offered in keep warm jugs at breakfast . No decaf. Plastic glasses for juice. I couldn’t order egg on toast I had to have salmon egg and toast. I had to ask for hot water to make my own decaf...
