"Hotel was brand new. Issue with reservations resolved by Tiare. Bell service excellent. Front desk staff were helpful but key card initially not programmed correctly. Housekeeping on request and forgot to order but room cleaned and towels refreshed regardless. Room beautiful but configuration a bit unusual. Double doors to bathroom a plus. Large large foyer could have been repurposed to square footage as the room configuration was odd. Pool hours should be expanded it is 10 am - 8 pm, should be 8 am - 10 pm"

"The overall impression of the property was spectacular. The view of the ocean and the mountains behind the home were breath taking. The wildlife was awesome to see and hear. The ride in is deceiving. I talked to a local prior to arriving and knew the ride in would not be the best. But keep going the neighborhood is awesome. I am definitely going to stay again. The check in and out process was the easiest. The host was top notch in communication. The family and myself had the best time and can’t wait to stay here again. If you see the score on bowling in the garage. I currently have the highest. (BHJ). If you want to beat it you’ll have to show up to do so. I hope when I get back I have some competition. Cynthia. Thanks again. Much mahalo!!!!"

"The home was beautiful, and the views are unbeatable. The host responds quickly - usually within 15 minutes. This did feel like a long time, though, when the fire alarm in the house went off after we used the provided hair dryer. (No fire!) We couldn’t turn off the alarm, and the phone number provided was automated and said they’d call back. It was faster to message on VRBO, and they responded in about 12 minutes. Luckily the alarm turned itself off in that time, but it went off again a few minutes later. It was in every room and the exterior of the house, so it was very loud. They had a team member at the house within 15 minutes to check it out which was incredible timing! The power also went out in a small storm during our first day, and it was out for 5 hours. We also had no cell service due to the storm, so we couldn’t notify the host and had to just wait it out. Luckily, when the rain stopped and we waited for the power, the pool was worth using! The A/Cs kept the house very comfortableThe home location is through Waianae. Keep this in mind if you plan to do things on any other portion of the island. It took us 1-2 hours to get anywhere (especially the north shore), so a lot of our trip was spent driving. But the home itself and the neighborhood it’s in is beautiful. After everything, we still recommend this home. But be prepared for the extensive drives if you don’t plan to stay on the west side / Kapolei (which has plenty of stores and restaurants)"
