Our renovated studio for 2 guests has the best location if you wish to have all the interesting places of Malaga close. The Picasso Museum is only 300m away and Malaga Cathedral: 270m If you take a walk down Granada Street, you will have Larios street, the main shopping place (100m) Time for some good gastronomy? Take a walk to the Atarazanas Market (650m) Want to enjoy a day at the beach and its restaurants? Playa de la Malagueta (1,5km) If you decide to enjoy a beach day, we recommend to take the walk through 'Paseo de Parque' and on the way back, 'Muelle Uno'. This place is located beside Malaga´s port and it has bars, restaurants and shops. Picassos birth place is located in Plaza de la Merced. Take a picture with him (his statue) It is only 500m from the holiday home and here you also have different kind of restaurants and bars. It is also quite easy to take the train from the station 'Malaga Centro Alameda' if you have time to visit Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, etc. This is the same train that also take you to/from the airport. The station is 1km from the studio.
Capitan Studio is renovated and it has a private patio with table and chair. 1 double bed. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen is equipped with wash machine, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and oven. Very illuminated as the high windows with balcony have street views.
Note:
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)

It was a very nice stay
It was a very nice stay. The flat is great. If you have the windows open it is a bit noisy. Especially the rubbish collection or street cleaning in the morning.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sehr Zentral. Alles was man benötigt ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, auch ein Sonnenschirm. Die Fenster schliessen gut, man hört nur wenig vom Restaurant unten. Jedoch bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist schwierig. Es riecht bei geöffnetem Fenster nach Restaurant. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen.

En plein coeur de la ville historique de Malaga
Fantastique, des restaurants tout autour, une activité nocturne très sympa, le jour la plage, les musées Picasso, Thyssen, Pompidou.... L'appartement est super fonctionnel, cuisine, pièce principale un seul bémol, l'espace douche est très petit.

Very nice apartment on a great location
We really liked our stay in this apartment. It‘s on a great location and it was evening clean with a nice furniture. I liked also the books there, although I didn’t understand them, as they are only on Spanish. The TV is huge, but doesn’t have any English or German channels. This would be a plus! Because the apartment is in the city center, we heard some loud people in the last two nights on the street, but it‘s the city center, so of course it can’t be completely quiet. Other than that, I must say, that the windows of the apartment are really good, and during the day, if you close them, you hear not much from the street, although there are bars and restaurants downstairs. There are also a few supermarkets nearby, and also a bus stations as well as a market with fruits, veggies, herbs,… not far. For us it was a perfect location, for having everything really close. The communication with the booking agency, with Silvia, Claudia, and Naomi, was also excellent. They are really nice and always available. I can only recommend to book this apartment, if you are looking for the accommodation in the city center of Malaga.
