The AC in the rooms , Ben mattress and TV are not good, is very bad and poor, I was not feeling good there. Thank you.

the wifi was terrible. the shower pressure was like a dripping leak. the beds were hard and the pillows awfully uncomfortable. there were ants in the room. the only plus was the aircon.

Bed was stiff as a board. Almost seemed like it was the box spring and they forgot to add the mattress. 6am shower and I ran out of hot water. Really?

We did not expect much but everything was really nice! The room is not that new, but very clean and has everything you need for comfortable living. Beach is also 5 minutes away. Will definitely come there again!

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a week and can say that "you get what you pay for". We got a room on the 5th floor with a big terrace and a nice view. The room had two single wooden beds (not so comfortable but ok), a tv (which didn't work but we didn't care because we came for the beach (which was 2min away)), also there were lots of cafes and restaurants, shopping. The location is just perfect (bus stops to the centre were very close, we used the Moovit app to see bus schedules). Moreover, there was another single bed in the living room/kitchen, a closet, and a mini fridge. In the bathroom, there was a mini bathtub with a shower. We were glad mostly about everything. We did have some problems with the water heater, but when we asked the receptionist to fix it - they did. We also had some problems connecting to the WiFi but didn't want to bother the staff so used our own data. BONUS One day before our end of the vacation we found out that ALL guests of Amic hotels are allowed to use the pool at another hotel across the street.

Booked as a cheap couple of nights while in Palma, but the hotel was SO shabby. The beds were the final straw as one mattress was old and lumpy, the other just a piece of foam. Asked the man on reception to help me with an urgent call on his land line and offered to pay, but was met with an unapologetic NO. Only redeeming feature was getting a refund for 2nd night when we couldn’t stay as we needed to sleep!

Well located, close to the beach, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops. Staff freindly and welcoming. Sandra is a lovely, polite and professional. She also gave me info about taxi and shops. Easy to get in the city centre as the bus stop is just behind the building.

Read this before! Good location but bad hotel
The hotel doesn't have cafeteria and swimming pool at its location. Guests need to go to another hotel nearby for breakfast and a swimming pool in another hotel. The elevator was old, the door stopped closing at half way for a moment before started closing entirely and elevated us to another floor. So we used stairs. The door room needs a key to access but doesn't have any lock system! So I believe someone can break in so easily with that door. It also has a safe inside but without a key, key for the safe is 3euro a day from a reception. This is ridiculous. The balcony is dirty and had an access from another room, not private! And again, The balcony door was in very bad condition in clear glass which hardly to open, close or lock from inside the room. Room is not quiet too! Towels were provided but not changed daily obviously. Only 2 tiny sample package of shampoo/shower gel and another 2 tiny bars of soap provided for the whole stay. The bathtub was terrible. The hot water was barely running and hard to control its temperature, once it was suddenly very hot like cooked water and burned me. It came with rain shower which took a minute for the water to come out! The tub was also slightly leaking, so the bathroom was flooded a bit, thus extra towels were needed to dry it. However, the location is very good. It's near the beach with only couple minutes walk, close to a bus stop which can reach the city or an airport easily. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

Nice basic hotel. Clean and friendly staff. 2 mins from beach and restaurants. Perfect for a quick stay in can pastilla. Great for the price.

I end up staying in the other hotel Amic Gala which was very good the service, breakfast etc . I was dropped off at the wrong hotel by the taxi but they allowed me to stay there instead walk few blocks with my luggage . I didn’t ask for it, but was great and they were super attentive , breakfast good price lots of options and food . Location espetacular, close to the beach , cafes , stores, restaurants etc

Very basic of hotels - balcony was very close to opposite hotel - no pool - room was clean and served a purpose as we were out cycling all day - approximately 50 yards from the sea front so good location for bars and restaurants

Nice hotel, staff are very friendly and welcoming and very helpful also, basic clean hotel with all amenities, rooms good and air conditioning, very central, bus stops across the road to the airport Hotel on the outside, at the back mainly is a little run down, but didn't bother me, I was too busy enjoying the area But my opinion is, if you want a nice clean place, near everything, then go for it. The owner of the hotel is a lovely lady And staff are very friendly and helpful

Great location , comfortable
Great location, very close to the beach. Bus stop to Palma and airport within a few minutes. Great inexpensive buffet breakfast and dinner in Gala next door. Room small, but comfortable.

Apart from shuttle bus dropped us at the different hotel location, even did not picked up when we returned to the airport. So we need to take taxi to the last minute. Overall our first time trip was happy ending.

Week long stay in Mallorca
We were mostly out for all day. The hotel room was clean and everything cleaned and of something didn’t work they were quick to fix and help. Really 1 minute from the beach. Overall great stay and would book there again.

Arrived late 11.00 to a rather grumpy and curt welcome. Tried to say we had to pay for the room but luckily i had printed off confirmation . Very basic hotel but I knew it was 2 star and was only for an overnight stop. Room and bed were really small. Area felt a bit scary at first but was only 2 streets from the beach.
