The staff at the D’or hotel was fantastic, they were always happy to help you with a ready smile. The hotel was super cute and the room was lovely . Sadly on our last day the water was cut off for a few hours and on the morning we left we had no water and we were unable to have a shower, clean our teeth etc.

Recommend this for families and groups of friends
I went with a group of friends for a de-stressing weekend. Great location, great pool and a great starting point heading into the lively town. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a mix of families and groups of lads and ladies but everyone was well behaved, got on really well.

Horrible experience with the hotel and the customer service of Expedia. Had a reservation with them for the 2nd to the 7th of April. Upon arrival the hotel was closed indefinitely, tried calling them for 4 days and there is no reply and the answering machine says the hotel is closed until beginning of April ( it is the 7th of April as I write this message). I have not managed to check-in or talk to anyone at the hotel since the hotel remained closed for my entire stay in Spain tried contacting Expedia for a refund but the customer service is terrible, they have not refunded me ( had to book another hotel on my own charges) and the only reply is that I should contact the customer service once the hotel reopens (how am I supposed to do that seeing that the hotel was supposed to be open when I had my booking with them?). Terrible customer support from Expedia and horrible experience overall! Will never use the platform again!

Nice cheap hotel on the edge of town
Had a great time at the beach and in town . Everything was 10/15 minutes away . Great choice of local bars and restaurants

Perfect Location!
This hotel is in a perfect location! 2 minute walk away from centre of town and restaurants even so no noise is heard when trying to sleep. 5 minute walk away from beach which is stunning with white sands and turquoise sea. Spar literally across the road which is convenient when wanting snacks, drinks or any day to day items which you may have left at home.

4.5/5 A great little find
A great hotel, very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and I would recommend this hotel highly. It's only two star but the location, cleanliness and staff make this a great place to stay. It's 4/5 minute walk into the centre of Cala'Dor with a mini mart across the road which stocks pretty much everything.

Relax in Mallorca
nice and safe area,clean room and bathroom,will come back soon,Hotel is in centre of Cala D'or there is no problem with transport to other amazing places.Staff where helpfull and polite aspecially asian girl who working night shifts ,and man who open door at night for us every night .Breakfast was ok too,is good value hotel

This was our 4th stay at this hotel and previously we would have recommended this hotel as previous reviewers a good budget hotel. I am not sure if the hotel is under new management but the rooms are looking tired and customer satisfaction is very slow. At our recent stay we had one problem after another cold showers, ants, a broken light, the safe not working and the maid forgetting to leave towels and toilet roll! You expect basics to be fixed quickly but it took 4 days to get hot water. The staff are friendly but the response you get is no else has complained and then to be told there is a problem with the hot water! I was very disappointed and will not be staying in this hotel again.

Cant wait to go back..
We have stayed at the Dor hotel three times, and would recommend it, its quite small the staff are very friendly, the breakfast buffet is excellent you have lots to choose from, you can always get a sun bed around the pool, the rooms are very basic and cleaned every day, towels changed every day, bed linen changed once a week. We will be going back there again.

Adjust water temperature in shower takes 10 min. Very close to the street, noisy in terasse. But vhen you close balkony dor its ok, we hear only air conditioner. Rest is ok.

Insgesamt war die kleine Anlage sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, innerhalb von 1-2 MInuten zu Fuß befindet sich die "Innenstadt" mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Strand ist in 5-7 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Freundlichkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Gastfreundlichkeit war ehrlich gesagt nicht vorhanden, obwohl die Hotelbesitzer durch Corona ja schon eine starke Krise durchlebt haben und über jeden Gast froh sein sollten. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und von den Möbeln her eher altmodisch, allerdings reicht es völlig aus.

De kamer en badkamer was prima, personeel ook vriendelijk. Alleen het ontbijt was gewoon niet goed, heel weinig keus en sommige dingen ook gewoon echt niet lekker, daar zou zeker verbetering in gemaakt kunnen worden!

Wenn kein Luxus erwartet wird, ist das Hotel super
Kleines Hotel ohne viel schnick- schnack, familier. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer werden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt, Handtücher tgl. Pool sehr sauber, ebenso die Anlage. Ich war bereits zweimal dort und mit sicherheit noch öfters.

Lokatie perfect. Auto huren is handig om omgeving te zien. Kamers zeer schoon. Bijna dagelijkse schoonmaak (behalve woensdag). Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Engelse ontbijt wat minder aan ons besteed, maar voor prijs van het hotel prima.

Das Bett ist bretthart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Frühstück ist Kaffee, Toast, Konfitüre. Zum übernachten absolut OK für den Preis. Dusche geht auch....was will man mehr?

Petit déjeuner (en sous sol), avec buffet à jus d'orange synthétique, haricots, bacon, saucisses, .... identique chaque jour... Dans la chambre, mieux vaut éviter les dessus de lits qui n'ont jamais été lavés, et l'eau chaude qui ne reste pas plus de 20 secondes d'affilée... quand elle arrive. Heureusement que le personnel est sympa et disponible.

En trevlig överraskning!
Gjorde en chansning med att boka detta hotell och var lite nervösa för vad som skulle vänta oss, eftersom det endast hade två "stjärnor" samt var billigare än närliggande hotell. Nu, såhär i efterhand är vi mest förbryllade över varför hotellet inte har ytterligare en "stjärna". Trevlig personal, trevligt poolområde, rena och fräscha rum, perfekt läge med närhet till både restaurangerna och de två badvikarna Cala Esmeralda och Cala Ferrera. Finns en busshållplats bara 50 meter från hotellet, som gör de lätt att besöka andra städer på Mallorca, ex. Palma. Skulle definitivt bo på samma hotell igen, men däremot resa i maj eller sep (istället för aug) ,då det förmodligen inte är lika mycket människor på stränderna. ( Eftersom det är relativt små badvikar blir det lätt trångt ).
