It’s a good place overall
Highs and Lows. Reception staff were consistently unhappy, the buffet is great but nowhere to get water. They insist on all drinks being charged… yet you can get tea, coffee, orange juice on tap at breakfast. We just wanted some water! The Spa is great as is the pool facility. On the whole a nice place, if the reception staff could be as enthusiastic as those topping up the food in the evening it would be a decent enough place. The catering team were fantastic and had to put up with a lot of flack from rude guests.

Comfy and near the beach
Great location near the beach and comfortable rooms with air con and a nice bathroom. Great bike hire place in the garage downstairs. Breakfast buffet is AMAZING. The bar is also competitively priced with friendly service.

A great hotel in a great location!
Great hotel in an excellent location! Beach, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. Bus stop to Palma or the airport also a short walk away. Two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and spa with whirlpools are all quite lovely. The buffet for breakfast had lots of variety, and we ate at the dinner buffet a few times as well for €20 (drinks at dinner not included). We quite enjoyed the dinners and thought that there was a good variety offered too. I would go back to this hotel without hesitation!

Great hotel. The amenities were amazing but closed a bit earlier than they could have. Quiet hours start after 10 o’ clock so if you need an earlier night’s rest keep in mind there may be some loud music until then. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Great location and facilities but all the staff were very rude and unhelpful, apart from a lovely lady who checked us in when we arrived. It really spoilt our stay, and we couldn’t wait to leave because of how we were treated.

Yes i recommend this hotel!
Great place on so many levels… but as a spa hotel i was disappointed that we had to pay to change our spa towels… after five days, i had to argue with the hotel clerk that this was not sanitary and i wanted a new towel and did not want to pay as it should be included since it is a spa hotel…. Also i found the jacuzzi spa pools to be a bit too cold in temperature. Aside from that the half board program was worth it as the food was varied and usually very good… and the dining room staff was excellent - so attentive and friendly…. Loved the adults-only concept.

Stunning hotel
Once again we absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. Our room was not as good as last year’s, as we had been given a terrace room upgrade last time, but everything else was fantastic. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the food is plentiful, varied and delicious. Everywhere is beautifully clean and tidy and best of all, it couldn’t be in a better location for me, just a minute from the beach!

The property was in a great location close enough to pubs/restaurants but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Close walking distance to the beach, great pool area and friendly staff. I didn't like the room, it was very small and smelt of sewage in the aircon every so often, we bought airfreshers to try and eliviate the smell. More vegetarian options at breakfast would of been good. Wouldn't hesitate to go back but would ask for a different room, staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!

Clean and average. Four star resort based on ammenities but not their very limited opening times. Adult only resort but with an outdoor lit pool and bar area that closes at 8pm. Restaurant staff were brilliant and very friendly, reception staff were not so welcoming and seemed overwhelmed everytime someone wanted to check in - took us over an hour to get checked in. The luggage holding area is an unlocked open room on the first floor in "the buiness centre", where anyone could get to, totally out of sight of anyone and just steal your things - as happened to the guests in front of us. Rooms were clean and cosy and aircon worked well, but rooms not as big as the photography online suggests. I'd stay here again but not at the prices I paid to stay here.

This was my 5th stay at this hotel and with a heavy heart it will be my last We checked in at approx 9pm to find that my room had someone in it and my friends room was absolutely filthy with masses of hair in the bed sheets , decaying shower seal, chipped toilet We immediately went down to the desk. After much arguing they moved us both to the apparently only available rooms in the hotel. The rooms had clearly not been used in several days if not longer as the temperature was reading 38 degrees and the rooms were musty with stale air, and no balconies. We were told we would have to come to reception in the morning to sort new rooms. we could not unpack or hang any of our clothes which were growing increasingly creased from being in a suitcase all day Long story short after attending reception the following morning to someone who had clearly had no handover they found us rooms at 2pm. Aside from this nightmare the "no sunlounger reservation policy" displayed everywhere around the hotel was not enforced in any manner , the balinese beds you pay €30 for were not monitored so people were using them for free , the breakfast had 0 options for people with any type of food allergy other than lactose intolerance and non of the staff could advise of what was safe to eat as a coeliac, the old and worn beach/pool towels require a €10 and have now implemented a €2 if you want a new/clean one. So it's either sit on a dirty towel for a week or pay another €14 for clean ones

Further, the management is doing its best to control this problem but sometimes it gets very complicated. Also, this issue is posted in all the elevators with the recommendation to our customers to please NOT reserve sunbeds before 9:00 am. We are very sorry about any inconvenience you may have had. Not a great experience
The check in staff were inconsistent and always on their phone. Depending on who was working were rude on certain days and nice on others days. The washroom was dirty and stained. I phoned concierge for extra towel/utensils and was denied because it’s not a 5 star hotel and that type of service is only available at a 5 star hotel. The room safe key was not explained which is inconvenient because I had to go back to concierge to get one. I wasn’t given food/drink credits even though it was supposed to be provided.

Had a one night stay here. The room was small but clean and modern. My balcony over looked the pool and the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best so far during my trip to Majorca.

Can not recommend highly enough it is just fabulous. On our first day there were some very noisy people in the pool and the entertainment was a little loud. But that seemed to be a weekend thing and it is now beautiful tranquil

I like the half board offered at the resort well worth the price. The bad part is that drinks are not included

It is a great place in Can Pastilla (about 30 mins from Palma). It is close to a nice, clean beach. It has many amenities including swimming pools, a small gym, a spa, restaurant, drinks and snacks. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is friendly and helpful.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay - 2 friends. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and the food is excellent. I was disappointed not to be able to upgrade to a junior suite even though I emailed several times before arrival - I was willing to pay for the upgrade and I knew at the time of emailing they were available as I had checked. All emails were ignored which was disappointing and then there were none available on the day we checked in. The noise from the very many flights taking off during the day is a little annoying but I suppose being only an 8 minute taxi ride from the airport this should be expected. The drinks are very reasonably priced and good quality especially the cocktails at the swim up bar. Our room was quite compact and the bathroom door didn't open fully so not a lot of space in between the sink and the door. There was also very little light in the bathroom - nothing over the shower so it was quite dark. Our air-conditioning didn't work so it was quite warm at night (to be fair we didn't mention this to the hotel so they may have been able to fix it). We couldn't leave the balcony door open as the road below was quite busy with traffic and of course the planes. A real mix of people staying here - from groups of cylists, single people, young couples, big groups of friends, older generation etc. Pool was a little cool but I'm sure once the weather is hotter this will improve. Overall a nice break
