The hotel room was clean and well maintained, plus stylish. Good lighting. I was able to enjoy the balcony throughout the stay. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was included, and it was so good!! We didn’t feel the need to eat out often during our week, because it was full of great food options and local items. Everything was clearly labeled for allergies, and since I’m Celiac that was helpful. I didn’t have any issues or reactions to the food.

This property was the nicer one of the area. However, the entire area was not what we signed up for. It was packed with families and kids at the beach and at the hotel next door. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with your partner, I would not come to this town or hotel. The food around the hotel was plentiful but awful. The hotel food was ok. The overall room was overpriced. A few things we found strange about the hotel were the near-complete lack of drink/food service by the pool, the lack of a real dinner restaurant (buffet only, all-day), and the lack of pool towels (you get 2 at the start of your stay and can only exchange them for new ones at weird, inconvenient times).

Friendly and attentive staff. Quick access to a beach/Cala. Had a corner room on the 4th floor facing the pool and the balcony was big with two lounge chairs and a couch.

Loved the beach bar pool area that had its own walkway access to the sea. Beautiful beach and area. Breakfast and dinner buffet was included every night which was convenient, but the walk to town was only about 15 mins if we wanted to eat out. The hotel was pristine and modern. Live music every night and lots of places to lounge. Would definitely recommend!

You won't regret staying here!
We loved it here! The pools were lovely, the beach was amazing. We included the half board with our stay, breakfast and dinner, and were so glad we did, the food was so good! There were so many options, and all were delicious. We also enjoyed lunch at the beach club and drinks in the courtyard. The room was very nice! Clean, quiet and comfortable. A/C worked really well and the bed was comfy. The staff were all amazing, from the front desk to the restaurants and beach club staff. I can't wait to come back!!

Amazing adults only hotel. Pools were great. Especially beach club situated on cliff overlooking the beautiful Cala. Breakfast and dinner were also great. Fresh food cooked right in front of you with many options. Great staff, great amenities. This is a top quality hotel and we will be back.

good experience with some question marks
we spent 6 nights in this hotel as a couple in July 2022. goods: very friendly and helpful staff there is a very beautiful beach literally 50 meters from the front door of the hotel (we cancelled our day trips to other beaches around the island because of this) + hotel's private and facilitated beach club makes the beach even more attractive bads: we have seen a significantly big cockroach in the buffet area where breakfast and dinner is served and showed it to the cooks who took it away. We reported this to the hotel management; but, didn't hear back from them in the next 5 days about what actions they took to avoid this happening again. our bed sheets haven't been changed for 6 nights (it should be changed at least 1 time every 3-4 days) there was a constant strange smell in our toilet (fan on the ceiling was not working) All these points left some question marks in our minds about cleanliness of the hotel.

A real hidden gem
What a place! An absolute gem of a hotel. From service to facilities, we had a fantastic stay. A mix of guest age groups making for a lovely vibe. We enjoyed the Sa Cala beach club (great drinks and lunch- menu is varied and not expensive) and the relaxed vibe by the pool. We don’t usually book HB in a hotel preferring to eat out, but this was HB as part of the deal and we were not disappointed! The food and service here for breakfast and dinner were fantastic. We had a double room (109) which had a gorgeous sun trap terrace. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. Drinks weren’t expensive, great cocktail menu. The service was exceptional from reception to the spa and from housekeeping to beach club. Have already recommended to several friends who’ve booked for this summer and we will definitely be returning. We usually visit Pollenca regularly preferring a quieter resort, and Cala Esmeralda was a lovely alternative.

Fabulous view
The view and setting are stunning. Room was big and spacious. Three pools and access to the sea all excellent. Staff all very accommodating and helpful. Great location. Air con was very weak, if it got any hotter it would be a big problem.

Excellent weeks holiday, highly recommended.
An excellent week at this adults only hotel. The location was ideal for both the beach and the town, together with three outdoor, and one indoor pool. Although the hotel was full, there was always availability of comfortable sun beds. The hotel’s ambiance was relaxing, super clean, and friendly. Our room was quiet, comfortable, air conditioned, and had good wi fi and a selection of English Tv channels. Highlight of the hotel was the quality and selection of food served for both breakfast and dinner in the Buffet restaurant, together with friendly and efficient staff. We would definitely return for another holiday here.
