Family friendly property with tons of things to do with kids. This was our third time at one of the Inturotel hotels in Mallorca and they always deliver. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is good (we go with the half board plan - so breakfast and dinner is included), the pools are clean and the beach is next door to the other Inturotel hotels.

We had a pool view room. The hotel was safe, clean and staff friendly.. self catering rooms would benefit from having a microwave installed.. other than that all facilities, staff and environment was brilliant..

Lovely little hotel for families
Comfortable family hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great location. Close to some local cafes, restaurants and shops and only a 10 minute walk to Cala D'or central for even more choice. Having the living area/ kitchenette was really handy for the evenings after putting our toddler down. We were based at the back of the hotel which is much quieter than pool front side which is opposite the local karaoke bar. The air conditioning wasn't very strong but that might have just been our room. Weather was nice for May, some overcast bits of days but still fairly warm. It gets very cool in the evenings though. Pool and sea still freezing so be warned! Liked being able to use the facilities at the nearby Inturotel Esmeralda but the buffet dinner we tried one night was quite pricey and a bit stressful. Think local restaurants were better value. Like how much they cater for children with little play parks, a kids club for over 4s etc.

Wonderful break at Esmeralda Garden
Wonderful stay staff so friendly and helpful. Clean and close to everything you would want. Sometimes noisy at night but room was near reception so to be expected. Pool fab, wifi expensive but free in reception and worked every time.

Basic but enjoyable.
Hotel was spot on, terrible amount of ants around balcony area but to be expected on holiday, rooms were always kept clean with room service 5 days out of 7. Bed probably not the comfiest ive stayed in but did the job. Asked for a pool view room but got room 217 looking into a back street with a large tree obscuring most view. Hotel were happy to accomadate pool view room when available but we decided just to stick with where we were. The hotel itself is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday as there is no pool entertainment etc. Everything is done in the main hotel 10 mins walk away. Bar closes at 18:00 aswell as snack bar closing at 15:30. Overall a nice place to stay but basic. Would recommend for a quiet holiday. If your looking entertainment teams and pool games during the day etc its not ideal. Would not recommend for families with young children as theres not much for them to do at this hotel.

Lovely weeks stay.
Stayed 2nd WK in may, good location,near shops, supermarkets,bars, restaurants,not far to beach. All staff very friendly and helpful even cleaning staff. Spotlessly clean rooms, and very spacious, public areas and pool.stayed self catering, kitchen well equipped, kettle, toaster, pans, 2 ring electric hob, ect. Free WiFi in basement/playroom which had a TV, internet access, snooker table, book selection and comfy settees.first visit to this hotel and would definitely return. As other reviews mentioned there is a karaoke bar across the road which you can hear from your room ( we had a lovely pool view room ) it can be loud but we did,nt mind it, and it does finish around midnight.

Really enjoyable
We stayed at this Hotel in September/October 2015 and had a really relaxing time. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the Staff are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of sunbeds round the pool area. The only slight complaint would be the showers aren't brilliant but that's a minor thing. This is a quiet place so if you want more activity it's not for you but it's in a really good location, close to all amenities. Overall an excellent Hotel.

Esmeralda Garden is an annex to the main hotel
We were a bit taken aback to be told we had to go to the main hotel for meals (half board) - 5 to 10 minute walk. However once we got used to it we didn't particularly mind.

Good 3 star hotel
We stayed for 3 nights. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The hotel is well maintained and the pool is pleasant, although it closes at 6pm. The beaches are about 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment was clean and fairly spacious. We overlooked the rear of the hotel but that was fine as a little quieter. The balcony was large. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Close but no cigar!
Everything was perfect about this hotel with the exception of the walk needed to access the restaurant at the sister hotel close by (5 minute walk), plus a nearby Karaoke bar, which blasted out a high volume until midnight. The hotel itself was of a very high standard with regards helpful staff, cleanliness etc..

Smaller, sister hotel perfect for families, without the worry of being too busy to keep an eye on kids in a fantastic resort offering everything you need whether b b or full board. On arrival everything was spotless, and ready for use without further cleaning needed with air conditioning quiet enough to allow you to sleep! We went B B which can only be described as fantastic - Quality and variety was unbeatable which set us up for our 10 day stay without any complaints or grumbles! One note on the resort (not the accommodation) was that a lot of the paths were in disrepair with broken tiles or missing tiles which could cause problems for anyone not paying attention?

Second time of staying with Introtel hotel group in Cala d'or, and again not disappointed. The hotel is so clean and tidy it's almost like being in utopia or a film set, the staff are dedicated and fastidious in there work making your experience the best it could be. Weather great as usual, hot and sunny, hotel position is great for walking into town ( I would say ask for a rear room if you don't like karaoke as the bar over the road is quite loud, but the back rooms are nice and quiet) To sum up I don't think you will find a cleaner, friendlier hotel that provides a wonderful tasty variety of food in an ideal location. We'll done!!!

More than just a Hotel, lots of thing to do around
I was expecting a hotel but it is a mole of buildings with lots of pools, restaurants, markets, beach access, lots of things to do. The beach is small but beautiful and with a boat service that can leave you to other beaches around. The room is big with to bedrooms with bathroom, nice for families with kids.

Good entertainement, facilities, location (for beaches and bars) and very reasonabley priced. We were a group of three friends and all had a great time. Some things you expect to be free were extra though. Tip - take a beach towel or you get one for 5-15euros from the shop as you have to pay per day at the hotel and you can't take it on the beach.

We had a great stay at Esmeralda Garden. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area was very pretty with a peaceful atmosphere. We stayed at the start of June and the pool area was never very busy. All in all this hotel was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

What a shame !
This 3rd visit to Esmerelda Garden somewhat spoiled our previous EXCELLENT opinions due to management with-holding air- conditioning in rooms for entire week ! Apparently decision due to " changeable weather " ! At night we had to leave balcony door open as room became warm and stuffy and as a result were bitten to death by Mosquitos ! I think if air- conditioning is advertised as part of the deal,as it is at these apartments, and generally you pay more for an apartment with air - con. then it should be available . We could have stayed at many other establishments in Cala D'Or that don't have air conditioning for an awful lot less money .

This is very nice hotel, conveniently located, close to beautiful beaches and town centre.The apartment was clean and well-equipped(the only drawback is a lack of electric kettle).The staff is extremely nice and helpful.Overall very good place to stay.

Accomodation was exceptionally clean and spacious. The only negative would be the lack of kettle in the rooms however the hotel provided us with one for a deposit of 30 euro which was refunded at the end of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The dinning experience was fantastic with an abundance of food to suit just about any taste. Eating times were excellent (breakfast 8am to 11am and evening meal 6pm to 9pm.

Just returned on 18/9/11 hotel as expected after reading reveiws, neighbours air con was a little loud ,had a ground floor apartment overlooking pool,good beaches nearby,had a car which i would recommend for seeind the island,eating out now uk prices,so might consider halfboard should we return,would recommend vicente`s resturant for service and quality.worst meal was at the steakhouse el patio avoid at all costs would say average price would be £40-50 plus drinks for an average restuarant,would consider staying here again in the future.

Hotel was great value, very clean and all the staff are friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others for a nice quiet break. (it may be worth noting there is an outside 'cabaret bar' close by that can be heard from the rooms - nothing to worry about as it goes silent from 12pm onwards).

God service men vissa dagar fick vi ingen städning. Nära till flera bra livsmedelsbutiker. Gratis parkering på inhängnad parkeringsplats men ibland var det trångt. Badade inte på stränderna i stan utan åkte till Es Trenc som var en helt fantastisk sandstrand med glasklart blått vatten . Besökte Cuevas Drack .Fantastik grotta.

Fem stjärnor!!!!!
Besökte detta hotell under en vecka med vänner. Bodde i annexet tvärs över gatan. Jättefin lägenhet. Det absolut bästa var aircondition som var på dygnet rum och gav svalka då dagarna och kvällarna var otroligt varma. Rent och fint inom hotellet och mycket god service i receptionen. Gott om solstolar fast vi var vid stranden varje dag. Bästa läget för både strand och centrum 5 minuters promenad. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta toppenhotell!!!!
