We want to apologise for the inconvenience at your arrival, the check in starts at 13:00 and if the room is cleaned before of that time we give the keys of the apartment to the guests to let them start their holidays as soon as posible in case the room is not ready we have a lugagge room at the reception to keep your lugagge there and just outside the reception is a shady area where the terrace of bar salon is and you can choose if you want to wait under the sun or not. We are sorry but we didn't see any kind of request at the reservation and to make easier the acces to your 3 years old son we assigned to you a ground floor. We hope you will give us another chance to show that we can meet your expectations. Kind regards.
