Thank you for your comment, Lambert. I have takken note of the kitchen equipment and that will be improved now - we apologise for that. Regarding the check in, we sent you a very detailed email a few days before your arrival as well as a WhatsApp message explaining how to access to the villas. Also, you have our 24/7 assistence through the emergency phone number where you can reach us for any inconvenience during your stay. We are sorry that you had that many troubles accessing, however we hope you have had a pleasant stay.

First of all we would like to thank you for your review and we hope that you had a great stay at the property with your family. Answering to the different questions: 1.- We refund the deposit by bank transfer, however it is true that this time of the year it took longer than expected due to the holidays season. You didn't get the full deposit back as we charged you the consumption on the deposit, that's the only reason. 2.- The reception and departure was detailed on the check in information email that we sent you before your arrival to inform you about every detail. 3- The heating system collapsed the first day and we solved it quickly, however it is true that you were without heating system and hot water for a short period. We are sorry that we had an incidence but a piece broke and we had to get a new one, we believe we solved as quick as possible. Thank you for your comment as it will help us to do it better. We will take note of every single details to keep improving our sevice.
