"Kitchen was missing a few things like a cutting board and the knife selection minimal for cooking. Overall the place was super clean. The mattresses were hard as a rock though. Would recommend pad or something. Would recommend this rental "

"This house was fabulous and lived up to our expectations and then some! We loved the screened-in patio and pool area! The water was always clean and our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool toys. I enjoyed the alcove off the kitchen outside when I needed a respite from the sun. It also protected from the wind later in the evening.The house itself was beautiful with wide sliding doors opening to the patio all along that side of the house. The reclining couches in the living and family roomsWere the most comfortable we’ve ever sat in!Can’t think of one thing that was missing in the kitchen; all our needs were met.Both the owners and the caretakers in Florida were easy to reach, and so friendly and helpful!It was a great stay!"

"I brought my kids here for spring break ranging in age from 7 to 17. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house had everything that we needed.We had a few rainy and colder days while we were there and were able to use the hot tub, which warms up very quickly. We were also very close to a grocery store and a few restaurants that we enjoyed.The neighborhood was safe and quiet and my older kids were able to ride the bikes over to the bait store for fishing supplies, or take the kayaks out on the canal.I would recommend this to anyone traveling with kids or a larger group!"

"We stayed at this property for over two months. If we had stayed for three weeks or less this would not have been a nice review. When we first arrived we had terrible wifi, there were TV streaming issues, and the dock actually collapsed. However, the host is VERY responsive and he did everything he could to resolve the problems as quickly as he could. Future guests will likely have a 5 star experience, given the value for the price and the fact that the host really cares about having you enjoy your stay. Some things do still need fixing both inside and outside the house, but those things didn’t affect us in any meaningful way. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are great. The beds are very comfortable. Nice neighborhood and nice neighbors. If you bring a boat it's easy access out into Tampa Bay, and by car close to beaches and attractions. Once the issues we encountered during those first three weeks of our stay were resolved we enjoyed our stay very much."

"This House was just Perfect! The pool very clean and the kids had so much fun swimming! The fishing was also great right there off the dock! We loved how the kitchen area flowed so nicely on to the lanai and pool area which has so much space with two seating areas with one having a TV. Everything was clean and decorated very nicely. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice peaceful place to stay in the Apollo Beach area. The host Kathie is very reachable with questions and is very nice and she has pool maintenance, lawn maintenance and disposal service very routinely making it the cleanest place we have ever stayed in! :)"

"Nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Literally something for everyone. I would have been happy just staying there all week and never leaving the house but we had kids and other family in our group that wanted to do outings. The pool and hot tub were excellent, we used the grill almost daily, fished from the dock often, took a few kayak trips down the canal and made use of the putting green, pool floaties, and outdoor television. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure was great and when we had a few very minor maintenance issues, maintenance service was expedient. HIGHLY recommend!"
