This typically Savoyard chalet with its large fireplace and 2 terraces, allows you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening and an incredible view.
It can accommodate 8 people with a maximum of 6 adults.
A kitchen open to the living room and a large fireplace welcome you.
It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (on the ground floor and on the 1st).
A bedroom with a double bed on the 1st, and a fourth large bedroom on the 1st with a double bed and 2 single beds which can be separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. It has a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room with 2 sinks and a toilet on the 1st. It is quiet and isolated from the road while being accessible by car. A toilet is available on each floor.
Games are available (ping-pong table and table football ...) as well as DVDs.

This family friendly chalet is located near the village of Manigod, just 1 km from the slopes in winter (the ski bus stop is just in front of the chalet) and the hiking trails; and about 30 minutes from Lake Annecy in summer.
It is part of a hamlet built by the parents
from the owner and their friends, using the purest Savoyard style. These chalets have also been an architectural reference for the past 40 years for the development of the valley.
