The Space:

This canal-front home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a screened-in porch, and a covered veranda, perfect for relaxing in the Florida Keys. Located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, it features an open floor plan with a saltwater pool, hot tub, private dock, and balconies overlooking the canal. The split layout is ideal for multigenerational families, with spacious bedrooms, each with a TV and ample closet space. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bath, and private balcony.

The living/dining area is perfect for entertaining with a 60” TV and dining for 10. Amenities include Wi-Fi, beach towels, a grill, and a fully stocked kitchen. The 36 ft. dock offers easy Gulf access, a fish cleaning station and room for one boat. There’s off-street parking for a boat trailer and 2-3 vehicles.

Also, note that although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” (no cats, please) you are required to select this option when booking your reservation. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable.
