Newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment 70 sqm., perfectly located right in the heart of Golden Mile Marbella, just 350 meters (a mere 7 minutes walk) from the beach, 200 meters (4 minutes walk) from supermarkets, restaurants, and at a walking distance from the old town center.
Situated on the ground floor with a nice garden 43 sqm., this cozy apartment is fully equipped A/C, heated floor, amongst other. We provide bed linen sheets and towels . The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher machine, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, etc. Of course Wi-Fi is available.
The bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds (160x200 cm.) with nice soft mattresses.
An underground parking lot and a very nice community pool with sundecks and showers complete this property.

Great location, nice apartment but check-in is a joke
We stayed in this apartment last week and the location is great, just a few mins walk from the beach. The building is extremely secure - you need keys to get out as well as in, so we felt very safe. The actual rooms and garden are smaller than the photos suggest but the size was fine. There are 2 bedrooms - one bright and airy, overlooking the garden but also next to a busy road. The other bedroom is quiet as it overlooks a lovely courtyard but it is very dark due to external shutters. We did not cook in but the kitchen is well stocked with utensils for those who wish to do so. The swimming pool is located in the building and there is a lift. It wasn't busy so no problem with sunbeds/umbrellas but it overlooks a car park which isn't ideal, and the buildings block a lot of the sun. But the only real issue with this property is the check-in process. We were not driving so had to take a taxi in order to make a very long detour off the main road to a security box to collect the keys, and the same on the way back to drop them. So instead of paying under €35 return on the bus we had to fork out €170 on taxis - this makes no sense as well as hugely adding to the cost of your holiday! If you couldn't be bothered to meet your guests in person, surely you could arrange for them to get the keys somewhere in Marbella. We did not have any contact with the owner during our stay.

Ideally located with all amenities
Great little apartment with all amenities, pool and car park. Management agency was really helpful. They provided second key set as asked, arranged a locksmith when we locked ourselves out and directions to the car park too. Only negative comment would be that agency is in Calas Mijas which is 20 mins East of Marbella. This requires a car to collect and drop off keys to the office.

Home away from home
My husband and I loved the property. The apartment was well appointed and lots of space. It fronts on a fairly quiet side street and the garden area was private and provided a spacious green space. Quiet building. Excellent location within 5 minutes to beach and boardwalk , grocery stores, buses and shopping. 15 minutes walk to old town. The owner was wonderful to deal with and very generous and kind to us during the covid19 crisis. The property managers were very responsiveness to our needs.

Just like home...
We found the check in process flawless. As soon as we requested another pair of keyes,it was dropped ASAP. The position of the property is perfect, few hundred meters from the promenade, the beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bus station, taxi station and yet quiet. As we stayed there for 45 days it was important to have the usual comforts found at home. The beds were very comfortable, the wifi very fast, the heating and air condition very reliable. The floors in the bedrooms were heated, if needed. As for the kitchen, it was very well equipped, with top notch appliances, ie a front load washing machine dryer, a convection oven and a very silent efficient dishwasher. There is a nice balcony that leads to a nice small private outdoor space that acted as the perfect sun trap.. The indoor parking space right on premises, came very handy, as Marbella is impossible for finding parking .We only needed a car to venture out of the Costa del sol, as local and longer distance buses were available from the nearby bus stop. We will definitely be back...
