The apartment is located in Nueva Andalucia, very close to Puerto Banus in a gated luxury urbanization called La Medina de Banus and has 1 bedroom but also a double sofa bed in the living room and has an capacity of 4 people. It has an spacious terrace with dining table and a small garden. The apartment is newly refurbished and fully equiped. Cleaning Fee 95€ VAT included, if sofa need to be dressed (with towels) 120€ VAT included. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
