Welcome to VILLA CASACARA MARBELLA, a wonderful and sunny holiday home just 5 MIN. WALK (400 meters) to one of the most beautiful 🏝️beaches 🏝️ in Marbella



The area is very quiet and ideal for families and has capacity for 9 people.



This villa is suitable for children under 12 years old.



The exclusive VILLA ALL ON ONE FLOOR, has been recently renovated and furnished both inside and out, and is located in the quiet COSTABELLA area of Marbella.



The villa is very spacious and bright and has a large living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room and a small office.



Heating and Cooling: Air conditioning (hot and cold) is available in all bedrooms and the lounge also features a cozy fireplace for winter.



There is a PRIVATE POOL in the garden 💦, which invites you to take a refreshing dip.



The covered terrace with a HUGE BBQ and an outdoor lounge and dining room is perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal or an evening cocktail outdoors.
