VILLA SETTE - AREZZO AREA

Just 25km from Arezzo and 1.5km from the nearest town with some shops and restaurants, this extensive property offers large gardens for children to run around in, in a private and quiet area.

The accommodation is composed of a main house and an annex.

MAIN HOUSE - Sleeps 16+4
On the ground floor we have the kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge), living room with fireplace and satellite TV, one double bedroom that is suitable for disabled, bathroom with shower suitable for disabled with washing machine, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms each with seating area and double sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower.

ANNEX - Sleeps 2
On the ground floor, we have a kitchen with access to the veranda, one double bedroom with satellite TV, one bathroom with shower. Suitable for disabled.

Outside, we can enjoy the two hectares of fenced garden with trees such as oak and cypress, private swimming pool (7x14m) that is fenced (with wooden poles and metal fence) and gated, with sun lounges, children's playground and garden furniture such as tables and chairs.
