"La estadía en el hotel fue muy buena y quiero hacer varias menciones con respecto a la amabilidad y trato de algunas personas, por ejemplo: Noe en el departamento de maletería, su trato, disposición y respeto fueron excelentes a pesar de que solo lleva un mes en el empleo. Todas las jóvenes que atienden en el Spa. Además de las jóvenes que manejan el departamento de Altitud y por último Lupita la joven que hace los omeletes en la cocina. No tengo mas que excelentes comentarios para todo el personal del hotel."

We’ve only ever returned to one resort before, and this will now be the second, no hesitation, we’ll be back! One small suggestion: adding a dedicated dance club. While the lobby was stunning and showcased fantastic live talent, an enclosed, upscale space with a DJ, club lighting, and a dance floor for top requests would have been the perfect finishing touch to an otherwise flawless stay. A very attentive staff that made our stay fantastic! I have only one complaint, and that is more to the initial description of the Hotel on Expedia, that it was an Adult All Inclusive. It was a great All Inclusive but there were several families with kids. Although the kids were all great and we had a wonderful time, Expedia needs to remove the Adult Hotel description. "
