In all honesty, there was an issue with our room when we checked in, no fault of the hotel, but the lovely Marius moved us instantly without quibble to a lovely room. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a lovely stay. We will be back again next year 😍"

"The hotel is set on stunning grounds, it was so nice to drive in and observe the wildlife. The staff were absolutely wonderful, warm; welcoming and informative. We were welcomed by Oben and Kyle who were a great front of house team. The hotel was our base for the night when we were watching a show at the BP Pulse. The hotel is really well located to the NEC, with easy links to other lovely local amenities. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

"Room was lovely, quiet and the bed was very comfortable would definitely stay again. Although please be careful on arrival as I went to the ibis across the road and have now been fined £100 as I went it to find out where the car park was. They had a lay by that clearly stated guest drop off and I was drooling my bag off. Not happy! "
