"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn’t mind that my family and I played charades (with two kids under 10) laughing and giggling in the main checkin area. We also enjoyed every consumable product in the room - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, etc. It was all high quality. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The walk to both the beach and the shopping area at Heavenly were easy and convenient. We especially loved the s’mores around the firepit and the picnic area with corn hole! We will definitely stay here again. "

"Since it was located next to the lake, it was easily accessible, and it was nice to get around without driving because there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The downside was that there was no parking lot, so it was inconvenient to have to use valet parking."
