"Check-in was super easy with a key safe outside the door. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all necessities. The kitchen was well equipped (we didn’t really use it but had everything needed for a longer stay) plus an added touch of milk, wine, and chocolates! Colerne is a lovely village, there was a small shop a 2 minute walk away which was handy. "

"Myself, husband and our two teenagers had a good stay at the cottage. The condition of the place is excellent. All beds were comfortable. Great living room/dining room layout, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen size perfect, great for preparing meals in, everything you could need. Outside patio very nice for breakfasting in the sunshine!This is our second stay in the property and we'd heartily recommend it."

"Lovely well thought out little cottage in nice quiet area on outskirts of Bath. But local buses close by that make access to the city really easy. Although is a bit of steeper walk back up to the cottage might be harder for some with walking difficulties. Or driving in easy enough. After busy day was nice just to relax in comfortable lounge, and if not up for cooking def recommend the local chippy (if you gluten free they do cater on a Monday and Tuesday too). We did not get to enjoy garden alas...

Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Perfectly presented place for short stay whilst attending family wedding nearby. Super comfy bed and all the necessary appliances for our stay or for a longer stay too. Great use of the space, quiet area and welcoming host who was available for any questions. "We’ve stayed in Mill Village on several occasions. This was our first time at 53 The Mallards. Everything was spotless comfortable clean and cozy. Even they many of the houses have the same configuration, it felt like the interior design for the furnishings were beautifully thought through, down to the artwork on the walls abd the lack of any clutter. There was a great collection of books to read as well as games for all in the cupboard. And of course great to be able to use the spa. Thank you...

"The place wasn’t bad, but there’s a mistake in the description of the house — it’s actually a B&B. The owner sleeps in the living room, and it should be clearly stated that he stays in the same house. The house is small, and if you book it for a family of six, it feels cramped. Honestly, I felt uncomfortable knowing the owner was sleeping in the living room. I thought I had booked the entire house, but that wasn’t the case."
