I have ticked off what I liked. What I did not like was the inability of either Expedia or Holiday Inn to respond or acknowledge my repeated attempts to change from double bed to twin beds even though this appeared to be on offer and the booking was made weeks before the stay. The person on front desk was unfailingly polite and pleasant but could not change the facts or give a satisfactory explanation as to why front desk did not reply to my earlier e-mails
