Marlow Holidays

Great Location close to Paddington Station. The property and room is cleaned. Room is small but it is good enough for short stay to transfer to different city. No elevator in case you have big suitcases. Overall 9/10

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Room Amenities The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the location is excellent. The room also matched the description and photos provided on Expedia. Unfortunately, the room amenities were very disappointing. The TV did not work properly, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, making showering difficult and time-consuming, and the hot water was insufficient or almost nonexistent. These are basic necessities that should be provided by any hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them. I would advise future guests to consider these drawbacks before booking, as a great location and friendly staff cannot compensate for such essential facilities not working properly.

Standard room. Although nothing special. But good enough for a little stop over. No simple things like water or shower cap etc in the room. Entrance way to hotel did not have that nice inviting smell. Smelt of the cafe to the side And the same in the room where breakfast is served. Very smelly and leave with smelly clothes. Staff very helpful though Gym was ok. Small but sufficient

Good price.
