Nous avons été très déçues de notre expérience. Aucun accueil à notre arrivée, aucun mot de bienvenu. Personne ne nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de l’établissement , nous n’avions aucune idée de l’heure des repas et où ils étaient servis. Aucun personnel ne nous a proposé d’activités ou comment les réserver. Les repas sont très dispendieux pour ce qu’ils consistent et le service est interminable. Le personnel sur place ne comprennent ni le français ni l’anglais. Aucun signe de la personne en charge. Lors de notre départ, que nous avons déplacé le plus tôt possible pour quitter cet endroit, on nous a remis la facture et personne ne nous a remercié de notre séjour ou a même demandé si nous avions passé un bon moment. Les seules personnes accueillantes fut les chauffeurs de taxis. Je ne conseille cet endroit à personne.
