Great location

Peaceful apartment with fantastic pool a short walk from Cassis port and other attractions. Host was very welcoming.

We werden gastvrij ontvangen. De eigenaren verbleven op de bovenste verdieping er waren weinig aanwezig. We hadden het heerlijke zwembad voor onszelf. Loopafstand naar Cassis centrum was prima te doen, terug wel berg op, 10-15 min. Supermarkt en bakker dichtbij. Heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Be aware, this is not a villa it’s an apartment. After a 3 day drive, we were very disappointed to discover that the house we had rented was in fact an apartment, and the pool that was supposed to be private was shared with the owners family. We have later discovered that the description translated from French is missing the sentence where this is mentioned. The apartment is very simple and in need of maintenance. Spots on the ceiling and walls shows signs of mold and the general feeling is as of a moist basement.The apartment has 2 showers but only 1 toilet.The washing machine was leaking water on the floor and the owner told us this was going to be fixed but we don’t know if it is done yet.The cleaning was ok but not much more. We found debris around the windows.We also had an issue with the oven that had burnt holes in the bottom plate and it started to create smoke when heated. We contacted the owner and they replaced the oven fairly fast, but still we had no oven during the first half of our stay.The lock on the front door was broken. The solution was to block the door from the inside with a stick and use one of the doors in the bedrooms.We have been compensated for the oven, the lock etc. But we are still missing a refund regarding the misleading description.
The apartment is in the ground floor. It is not the sunny terrace shown in the pictures of the add.

Een week geboekt maar na 2 dagen ander verblijf gezocht. Het wordt een villa genoemd maar het is een appartement op de begane grond. Op de 1e etage van het huis woont de eigenaresse. Er is achterstallig onderhoud. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en van goede wil, maar het appartement is gedateerd. Cassis is erg leuk en te voet goed te doen.

TrÚs beau séjour à Cassis !

Mooi verblijf in Cassis

Het huis van Françoise ligt mooi centraal gelegen in Cassis. 15 min lopen van centrum en strand. Het zwembad is voor de lekkere verkoeling. De bakker op 6 min lopen heeft iedere dag vers brood. We hebben een fantastisch verblijft gehad. Bedankt Françoise. Bedankt Françoise.

Herrlicher Urlaub!

Wir haben wundervolle und erholsame Tage in Cassis verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und haben sich sehr bemĂŒht, allfĂ€llige WĂŒnsche umgehend zu erfĂŒllen. Der Aussenbereich mit altem Baumbestand ist einzigartig und der Pool super und auch sehr gepflegt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und der Platz dafĂŒr ist absolut ausreichend. Einziger Minuspunkt (auf hohem Niveau), sind die vielen Ebenen auch im Innenbereichen (mit engen Treppen), was fĂŒr uns aber kein grosses Problem war, aber fĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen allenfalls problematisch sein könnte. Vielen Dank an Françoise!

TrĂšs bonnes vacances! Au calme et propriĂ©taires trĂšs gentils mais il faudrait prĂ©ciser dans l’annonce abritel que la villa est partagĂ©e avec les propriĂ©taires ainsi que la piscine.

Calme et apaisant

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour au sein de ce logement. Celui ci est trĂ©s propre, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, les Ă©quipements sont en parfait Ă©tat de marche,la piscine au top. Francoise et Jacques nous ont rĂ©servĂ© un accueil chaleureux et ont Ă©tĂ© d'une grande gentillesse! La maison est entourĂ© par un vaste jardin type forĂȘt isolĂ© et au calme! Nous recommandons ce lieu avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme!
