"Staff was very friendly and helpful given the uniqueness of the elevators and room key and water. The whole place has the tree house theme and the bar and restaurant are decked out in the tree theme. Our room included breakfast and it was very good. The dining room for breakfast is very nice. The bathrooms even have a great view of the skyline. We only stayed here 1 night but I would stay here again for sure."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating they held our bags in the front when we got there early as well as after we checked out so we could explore the city. The property is clean, has great Air Conditioning and is centrally located. It is just a 5 minute walk to public transportation, buses and the tube, which we took everywhere. They also have umbrellas available for rent if it happens to be a rainy day which was extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was a great hotel for a night’s stay close to Marble Arch/Hyde Park. The hotel is well maintained and clean and has good facilities. The only negative was the unpleasant drain/air circulation smell that ran through reception and the lobby area. Really not great! "
