"I arrived early but they made storing my luggage incredibly easy. The room was comfortable but it was obviously not meant for people with mobility issues and the bathroom was definitely tricky. I did think that a larger person would have trouble navigating it so do consider that when asking for a room. But the bed was comfortable and I got a good night of rest. "

"I have to say, a gem of a hotel. Despite its location, (though convenient,it's hardly salubrious) a great hotel experience. Easy to deal with online, a high-spec finish all through the hotel; friendly and helpful interacion with onsite staff when required. We'd recommend this place to our family and friends and anyone who needs a palcetpo stay in London!"
