It's in a very small town without many amenities, but there is a great kitchen and supermarket just a few min walk away. The property is immaculate, and very modern. "Casa São Félix is a generous property, with bedrooms over 2 floors. I stayed with my wife and 2 teenage daughters, who had a bedroom and bathroom each. We mainly used the top floor for day to day living. The kitchen was well equiped and met our needs whilst on holiday. I've never used an indoor BBQ with a chimney before. "We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. A well equipped house and the fresh water pool was a delight. The views are lovely. Arie was a great host (don't forget to ask for directions). A great getaway location with easy access (30 mins by car) to Beaches, Porto, Amarante, River Duoro etc. There is much to do in the area: sight seeing, walking, riding bikes, train ride, swimming in the sea and rivers. Everyone we came across was very friendly. We'd love to come back!"

"We had a lovely time staying in this villa. The location is peaceful and quiet. Having a car is recommended to get about to places like Guimareas or Braga and the pool could be much deeper but other than that, we had an amazing experience! The host has superb communication and will help with whatever issues that may occur. The wine from their vineyard (Rosé and White) is very nice. I highly recommend."

"We chose this property because of its geographical location and the photos. The geographical location was perfect with easy access to all the main towns. The photos show a secluded property with a pleasant terrace and garden giving the impression of peace and tranquility. Sadly the very busy and noisy main road right outside destroyed both. This was not just in rush hour but throughout the day and much of the night. Internally, the main bed was ludicrously short with ill fitting bed linen....

"Excellent property! The Continental breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Great location, and very walkable to many restaurants, shops, and a small grocer just a couple doors down. We definitely recommend and stay there again."
