"Reception staff were really helpful when we arrived early,eg let us park in car park and use toilet. The apartment had a lovely sea view and a comfy sofa. It was plenty large enough for two people but did need updating. The bed especially so as it was creaky and uncomfortable, spoiling our experience to a certain degree. The kitchen was very basic and had no preparation space without us moving the microwave out of the way, it was in need of a major upgrade."

"This is our first trip to Porto and this hotel is perfect! The location is pretty much in the center and is close to everything. The staffs are very friendly and give great suggestions on sightseeing, eating and shopping. The rooms are clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We really enjoy our stay and highly recommend this place."

"No ac! You will gave to open the windows/doors. Busses bumble Front if building go by so fast all night. It literally creates an air displacement wave that can move the windows. Shower handle/head does not stay in holder to make a normal shower. Walking distance to food and a laundromat across the street! "

"This is a beautiful apartment in the center of old Porto. Very spacious and very clean. It has a full-equipped kitchen with not only a dishwasher, but a washing machine as well. Sadly, they gave us only 3 coffee pods for the machine, so we had to find a shop to purchase more. Each of the 2 bedrooms has their own bathroom and there is also one off the living room. Our only problem was checking in. There is no “front desk” as described on Hotels.com. We were supposed to have received a code to...

"Great small studio apartment setup. I liked the room facing the inner courtyard for quiet. The kitchen was well stocked for supplies. A fairly nice optional breakfast was delivered each morning in a basket with breads, juice, cheese, meat, granola, fruit and yogurt. "

"The location was great, very close to transit to get to other areas of the city and the airport. Walking distance to resturants and bars. The unit was very well appointed to make out stay in Porto comfortable. Staff were very respnsive and helpful throughout our stay. "

"Quaint place, recently renovated. It was quiet place in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the poor internet connectivity, I mean not even able to send text messages, the signal got weaker the further we were from the router. I had it looked at but nothing could be done. I had a PT SIM card and data so it was okay for me. Great place to stay other than this issue. "

"This place is nice and comfortable. There isn’t a restaurant or bar available on weekends. During the week they offer breakfast and lunch. Never saw the bar operational except for a private function on Saturday night. They should make this clear in their Hotels.com listing. I think this place is geared toward working professionals. It’s out of the way, so best for those traveling by car. It is located near metro and bus lines, so even without a car you can easily make it work. There are walkable...

"We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The check in at the hotel was conveniently located just a few steps away from the apartment building. The breakfast option was lovely. Great service from the front desk and the restaurant servers. Location of the property is perfect for exploring the Ribeiro area. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to the river for our river cruise."
