"Fantastic location, very close to Porto but far enough to be away from the crowds, especially at night. I love that it is a smaller place, so much charm and very welcoming for solo traveller like me. Exceptional staff and property has beautiful grounds and fabulous view of Porto. Morning breakfast was delicious, I would definitely return here. A little suggestion to make the stay perfect, a bathrobe and slippers!"

"The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. When I checked in, they handed me a welcome drink, walked me to my room, gave me a tour of everything, and showed me how to use everything. The room its self was nice and spacious. It had a good desk for getting some work done. There was a great outdoor patio to sit on that felt secluded. Bathroom products (shamoo, conditioner, lotion, etc) were also very nice. AC worked very well."

"The hotel was convenient for our purposes but to be honest was a bit dated and tired. The room was a good size, with a big bed and a decent, if well used, bathroom with shower over bath. The restaurant was basic. Access into the basement car park (€15 supplement) was quite difficult to negotiate. They claim four stars but I would give three to be fair"

"I stayed at this hotel for three (3) nights during my time in Gaia. All of the employees spoke English. There was no nearby metro station, but l would take frequent walks over the bridge into Porto. I had to pay a tax while I stayed at this hotel. This hotel had both an elevator and some sets of stairs. The television had some English-speaking stations. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and my room had both heat and air conditioning. I liked the hot shower water, but the room would often flood. The bathroom and the shower were both quite cramped, and the room was definitely smaller. Most of the employees were friendly. My room got serviced every day. I did see multiple games at this hotel, such as: badminton, foosball, and ping-pong. The breakfast required the payment of an extra fee, but it had some good options, to include: eggs, breads, pastries, fruits, and cereals. This hotel also had a parking lot. This hotel was not too far away from some of the beaches of Gaia, and I took some nice walks into the downtown area."
