"The house was clean and spacious. It’s the end unit and has plenty of light. There are 3 full updated bathrooms. Parking lot is a bit far but we were able to park on the street overnight. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in Porto"

"Non-existent communication - no one is monitoring or managing this property posting. For a month, I attempted to get a response from the host (a third party called Hist Wise). On the day of my stay, I did not receive check-in instructions. I had to contact VRBO customer service to request a refund. Despite not staying there, the day before I would have checked out, I received check out instructions."

"The location was good! Restaurants shopping ect. Getting in and out of the apartment was Very hard! 50 steps straight up! 4 flights to get up to the apartment!! No hand rails mold on the walls all the way up the stairs! Only one light working in the bathroom. Only one sheet provided for the couch downstairs. No pillows or blankets!! I was bitten by bugs sleeping there!! No hot water!! We contacted to management they said it takes over one hour to get hot water. I checked the hot water...
