"Luiz at the front desk was amazingly compassionate, kind, and helpful. We arrived with a big problem to solve and he was instrumental in the solution. The location is very central, across from the Cathedral, but even on the second floor noise was not a problem. The room faces west and sunsets over the city were beautiful from our windows."

"We had the most incredible stay from start to finish. We had our puppy Quincy with us and the from the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated so well by all the staff and they were so accommodating of Quincy. Room was spacious, and you couldn’t hear anyone through the walls. Bed super comfortable! Our room also had a dog bed, lovely bowls and a toy which was a lovely touch. We need to know Hilton’s secret because it always smells incredible! 😂 Truly have not a bad word to say about this hotel, the staff were truly amazing and we had some lovely conversations with them. We will definitely be back."

"It is a difficult time to write a review. The beautiful view outside the room was a major construction site. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast was great. Just be prepared to be next to construction that starts pretty early each morning. Had stayed there about 12 years ago and things just seemed different. "

"Perfect location by the riverside. In the middle of everything, and because of that it is very noisy out side. Good breakfast and good size rooms. "

"Central location with clean facilities and kind staff. Sauna, whirlpool and steam room available and clean. Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was in an good location however room was small and dark. We complained and they moved us to another room with a little more light. No view in either room. Hallways were dark and depressing. Breakfast was average nothing exceptional. Had to ask for the free bottle of wine. Was not offered"
