The entrance is always crowded with people from the bars around. You will hear noise from the bar under the hotel.
The place is not described rightly and correctly.
I booked 3 nights, and seems to be there are no hot water in the shower and only frozen cold. They automatically offered 50 % discount which they haven't refunded completely. They give me the responsibility to reach out Expedia (which have no mail contact for refund) .

"In a great spot with plenty of eating options near by. Hotel is presented nicely but we were not told before arriving that they were working inside the hotel, paid alot of money for 2 nights accommodation with alot of noise!! And the road outside the hotel was being redone so no access by car, trying to confirm uber pickup was very frustrating!! We should have been told of these 2 disturbances before booking. Also emailed twice to ask to add a extra nights accommodation, had no reply. "
"The location was very convenient, with a metro station, restaurants, grocery stores, and a major shopping street within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations.for places to eat. One of their recommendations to go to praca da poveiros which has several restaurants was useful more than once and our favorite was Ribeiros. The property was very clean and modern."
