"The rooms are nice,the only comment I have about the room is the tub shower combination.once you get in the into it and close the shower curtain it’s totally dark and the anti slip on the tub needs to be redone . I did slip but managed to save my self from falling. This hotels biggest strength is their people , everyone was consistently friendly,helpful and did their jobs regardless of the language barrier ( I don’t speak Spanish) I was impressed with every team member I encountered and would return again. I had a really good time."

"Many things to like about Pueblo Bonito...the food, the cleanliness, great maid service, lovely beach. Only thing lacking was entertainment in the evening."

"It has an onsite well known restaurant and a bakery. The pools were big, one with a swim up bar the other was an infinity pool looking over the ocean. Staff was respectful and kept our rooms top notch. I really thought the dehumidifiers in each room was very good choice and the mini fridge. I was content with the two water bottle they provided as courtesy every day. "
