"Pool was closed, which was listed as an amenity at time of booking. We should have been informed of this beforehand. Would prefer accommodations with a pool. "

"Did not use the pool as there was a dance competition at the hotel and the area was over run by children. The 4th floor of the pavillion where we stayed was extremely noisy with children running and screaming in the hallways outside our room until well past 11pm. The room itself was spacious and clean. The front desk was very good and our interaction with Busi was wonderful. She was a gem!"

"Everything was wonderful. It was early in the season, so still a little cold. There was no des riptide about outside fires but we figured it out, I think. I will book there again."

"Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did."

"We had an excellent experience all the way around. The property is beautiful rooms excellent and staff acco.odating and friendly. Only one issue and that was the pool was closed for our whole stay until the morning we had to leave. It was unfortunate as this was to be the highlight of our trip for my 8 year old granddaughter. I understand these things happen but trying g to explain it to a. 8 year old is tough. Otherwise excellent!!!"
