"The Strat is a clean, well maintained property at budget price compared to other properties on the strip. If you are on the fence about renting a car while you are in Vegas, the Strat may be a good offering. The bus from airport drops off and picks up a quarter block from the Strat. Downtown is a 15 minute walk away, same for most other resorts on Strip. One bonus is when you are off strip, you can buy a 24 hour bus pass for $5.00. That allows you access to all buses, including the deuce. Makes jumping around the strip, downtown and outlet malls super easy and without the $20 per hour parking nonsense."

"I found a disgusting towel shoved in one of the drawers. While the gave me a 75$ credit for food and drink, the housekeeping should look over every inch of the room before the book it out to other guests"

"Rooms are old, outdated and not in great shape. The original room we booked was not available, the whole building in fact, when we checked in so we ended up having to take a different room for more money. There would have been an additional nightly charge for a refrigerator. There was also an additional daily "resort fee" charged at checkout even though we paid a "resort fee" at booking. The kids enjoyed the Adventure dome but most of the other "amenities" were closed during our stay."

"The house had so much space with a well stocked kitchen. The property management was amazing very responsive and was even able to accommodate us same day. "

"Centrally located to Las Vegas. We were surprised how a nice house was located in a run down neighborhood…. House is good and worked well for four people and a dog for a short stay. The backyard was set up nicely and would be great for entertaining a large festive group. But the floors were dirty. "

"I was disappointed at how things were at the house when we got there. For the amount we paid it seemed too many things I had to call and fix. Jamison was nice and quick to respond to emails but I felt we were doing more work then just enjoying (pool cover was on and was dirty and falling apart as we moved it off.) Did love the location and felt safer in a neighborhood like this one. "
