"Its a great place for families to stay. There are a lot of activities for all ages. The main negative are the elevator systems. There are no buttons in the elevator so you have to push the floor you want in the hall and it tells you which elevator to go to and then you wait and hope the elevator isnt packed with people otherwise you have to go back and find another elevator to use. 1 night it took my family an hour to grt back up to our room"

"I found a disgusting towel shoved in one of the drawers. While the gave me a 75$ credit for food and drink, the housekeeping should look over every inch of the room before the book it out to other guests"

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."
