This open-concept loft features distinct spaces while maintaining a seamless flow. The living room and bedroom are separated by a sizable piece of furniture, which houses all the entertainment and smart home equipment. The TV swivels to both sides, allowing you to choose where you want to watch your favorite show.
The kitchen, featuring ample storage, is separated from the living room by a countertop. One of the kitchen doors conceals the dishwashing faucet, keeping it out of sight to maintain the apartment's clean aesthetic.
The balcony is furnished with a small table, providing an option for enjoying breakfast with the stunning Medellín skyline as your backdrop. A gas BBQ is also available for those in the mood to whip up homemade burgers.
