"Exceptional B&B in Beautiful English Countryside
We were looking for a scenic place to rest up after our overnight flight to the UK from the USA and found this amazing place.
Located in a beautiful, rural area with plenty to see and experience nearby. The property is stunning and very well-maintained.
John and Elizabeth were amazing hosts. Warm, genuinely friendly, accommodating, and fascinating in their own life experiences. It's not every day that you get to meet an Olympic medalist!

"Superbly clean. Warm and hospitable staff. Really easy stay. Extremely good value for money. The staff went above and beyond to look after us and our dog. "

"Nice B&B outside of Bath (15-20 minute walk). The parking lot is very small and on a hill which makes it difficult to park. Breakfast was NOT included with our Expedia booking which I was disappointed about because that’s why I booked this place. A continental breakfast was £7.50/person per day and it was VERY basic (no protein at all). You could buy a fuller breakfast for $14/person/day. Staff was very nice and overall it was a nice stay."

"Lovely hotel, great location. Real highlight was the staff; every single person we encountered was genuinely kind, thoughtful and couldn’t do enough to help. I was running the Bath half and we arrived back to collect our bags absolutely soaked - the staff member offered us the use of the spa area to change - this was hugely appreciated! "
"There was a problem with the WIFI, and I couldn’t connect it to my laptop. I was told it was an issue they were already aware of. I couldn’t even use my mobile data because there was no signal inside the hotel. If I had known this before, I wouldn’t have booked my stay there, as I was travelling for work and needed to use my laptop. Fortunately, after some time I managed to connect to the WIFI, although I’m not sure how.... The rest was okay, not perfect, but for the price and the location I think it was fair."
"The room was extremely clean, the staff friendly and helpful.
Bar and dining area clean and tidy with lots of cosy corners to hide in!
Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we return to Bristol!"
"Impressive facilities, decent restaurant serving very good meals, buffet breakfast was of good quality with plenty of options. Some minor decor and cleanliness issues in the en-suite."
