The only issue we had was the noise coming from other rooms… faucets running, AC noises, people talking… I’m not sure anything can be done about that but otherwise we loved the hotel and will be back! "we really enjoyed it here. great location at the end of the busy part of pigeon forge. room was clean and comfortable. enjoyed the room hot tub very relaxing after long days in vacation. enjoyed the fireplace as well. breakfast was great. front clerk was always nice. house keepers never bother us once, but acknowledged us and offered assistance every morning. probably one of the best inns we’ve stayed in. we travel a lot and this was exactly what they posted online for service"

"Great location, great hot breakfast very clean and nice hotel. Will be staying again. Only complaint was all the noise from the cars..we couldn't fully enjoy the balcony or sleep well for the noise. Something should be done about a noise ordinance for the city after a certain time. It was 2 or 3 am before the loud cars stopped."
