" Being as you asked about the view, it was of an inner courtyard full of HVAC equipment! Not awe inspiring. During check in, I requested the booking of transport to the airport on the Monday morning and was assured it was looked after. When the airline advised us to be at the airport 4 hours before flight time, I went to the desk the next morning to change the pick up time and found that the transport had not been booked!! Cleanliness was top notch, breakfast was excellent, and the staff friendly and courteous. The hotel is located close to the main train station on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and walking to view many of the sights of Rome is easy."

The entire concierge staff with honorable mention Marco, Stefani and Giulia were amazing in helping us with all our plans even with our every need for our engagement photoshoot. The Spa was amazing. Petra the therapist took great care of us and we enjoyed the health benefits of the facility. We are truly grateful. Many guests come from far and wide from around the world; I myself came all the way from California but Anantara made me feel at home. Thank You"

"The property was clean and convenient, and the staff was competent. There was a very minor "hiccup" in that 1:30 pm was given to me (by Expedia/hotel?) as the time when one could get into the room. When there, I was told it was the more typical 2:00 pm, but we couldn't get in until 3:00 pm (due to earlier guests leaving late, maybe.) "
