The property claims to be a five star hotel. The service was not a five-star hotel. They need service specifically. The main dining room was not available and the hotel was under major renovations which we were not aware of when we booked it. You could not even get room service. Other than cold food.

The hotel is far from everywhere and is located by the metro which is too crowded. The rooms are dirty and the condition of the hotel is not really good.

It was great..location was great. However…it was not as magical as Instagram made it out to be. I’m not sure we would have spent so much money on this hotel as it wasn’t as “fancy” as we’d hoped.

For the price, worst room and worst service. No one willing to even help lift bags or help with the stroller down the stairs. Everyone was beyond lazy. I was disappointed and could have rented an apartment for half the price and been more pleased.

The staff was amazing. Valet were so knowledgeable and kind. Highlight of the hotel. The room showed signs of age and had a strange odor. Needs a makeover. The bed was amazing and the linens were fabulous.
