This house located in quaint Meredith, NH boasts Lake access, Private shared beach in Beautiful Patrician Shores Association. Bring your kayaks, paddle boards. The beach features a large swimming area, floating raft and ample picnic tables for beach dining. Located is less than a 3 minute walk or 30 second drive with plenty of parking . We have four inviting bedrooms, two Living Rooms with TV's and a full kitchen. Also four season enclosed porch area with seating and dining area. With heating, WiFi, and AC, guests can stay comfortable year-round. The 2 bathrooms feature shower/tub for convenience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Meredith and our house has to offer.
