La Rondine apartment in Mergozzo lakeview

In the central square of Mergozzo on the first floor without lift of a typical local house is the flat La Rondine. The flat is tastefully furnished with all comforts. The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen equipped with all appliances, a lounge area with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a dining table for 4 people and a TV. From the living room you can enjoy the view of the lake and from here you access the balcony equipped with table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and the elegant bathroom has a shower and hairdryer, in front of the bathroom there is an ante-bathroom which contains the washing machine and clothesline. There is a pay car park below the flat and a free public car park 200 metres away. La Rondine has a perfect location because it is in the centre of Mergozzo with all services, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and a minute's walk from the lake.

Keurig appartement, mooi uitzicht, veel verkeers lawaai

Goed verblijf gehad in een mooi appartement. Het appartement heeft geen airco dus als je het 'snachts koel wilt hebben moeten de ramen open. Op zich geen probleem maar hierdoor komt er veel lawaai van het passerende verkeer naar binnen wat de nachtrust verstoord
