"Staff was very friendly and helpful! Felt very at home despite being thousands of miles away from home. There aren’t too many restaurants or shops within walking distance, however very close to the train station which gets you to Sannomiya within 10 mins! Our room and bathroom were very neat and comfortable (the pic I uploaded is the day we left, so don’t think that’s how we walked into it the first day!). I was able to walk and/or take the train to my work conference at the conference center...

"This is a nice family friendly hotel steps away from Universal City train station and Universal Studios. The hotel is in City Walk Universal, and it’s the newest one from the few that are there. We loved the fact that you can buy Universal Tickets (including express passes) in a dedicated hotel lobby. This was invaluable because we loved universal so much we all wanted to go an extra day! I terms of front desk staff it was hit or miss whether you’d get a helpful person or one that would do the minimal but overall it was good as long as you don’t take it personally! 😀 Overall it was a very pleasant experience for our family of four which included a 10 and 5 year old. We would definitely stay here again, although next time we will probably try one of the other hotels in City Walk."
