"Clean room "

"Check in was with a person who didn’t seem to know what he was doing? Didn’t use any other amenities. Room was clean, but there was a broken cabinet door. When I told said person about it, there was simply no response."

"Did not use pool. Breakfast was adequate."

"Where to begin. The hallways, stairwell, elevator, and our room were consistently dirty. There was visible mold on the walls and door frames. The pool was full of debris — we didn’t go near it. Housekeeping never once came to our room during three nights. When we asked for fresh towels, they handed us pool towels. That says it all. The “breakfast included” turned out to be a snack bar with coffee, bread, and yogurt — nothing more. To top it off, we were denied entry at check-in due to a reservation error on their end and nearly got stranded outside the hotel. The AC was noisy, the TV ancient, and the overall feel of the place is long overdue for a refresh. There is potential here, but until cleanliness, housekeeping, and basic guest services are taken seriously, I cannot recommend this property.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"Will not stay there again.Noise from others that went until 130 AM….management threatened them once never followed through….too much homelessness lurking around property…could not find a number to call regarding concerns and was not about to leave room to draw attention to myself in fear of retaliation…"
