Fiesta Americana Reforma
Terrible hotel. Small room, shower didn’t work, toilet overflowed, bed was uncomfortable, adjacent showers and toilets were heard all night.

El servicio de estacionamiento y de valet parking es pésimo con tiempos de espera prolongados y gente poco amable. El resto del hotel es bueno, siempre y cuando no tengas que usar el parking!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The gymnasium was well appointed. Unfortunately there is no high quality restaurant in the hotel.
