"Service and room cleanliness "

"Cadillac Hotel is a perfect place. Once you arrive and step inside the staff can’t do enough to make you feel at home. The grounds include two pools including one for adults. The outside is like a tropical paradise. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is great."

"The hotel is lovely. The restaurants and pool area are very nice. The issue I had was with staff entering my room when I had the "PRIVACY" sign on when I wasn't in the room. I have brought the issue up with the management and they have assured me they will address it and get back to me; however, I never heard back."
