"This place was beautiful and everyone was so friendly! We would stay again! Family friendly and very conveniently located!! We were on the 19th floor and had no trouble with noise at all."

"First off, the location was perfect for our trip. Traditionally we have stayed in Times Square but this location was much more convenient. With that, our first room had an overwhelming smell of mildew. We had to change rooms on day 2. The second room was not much better, A/C struggled and almost of the electrical outlets in the room were not functioning. Transferring rooms was a hassle so we just stuck with it for the next 2 days."

"The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming either. Would not stay in this hotel in the future. "

"We had booked a deluxe room in the hotel and overall it was very nice. What I liked the best about it is that it is in the heart of Times Square so everything is a bit more accessible by walking distance (Central Park, the different buildings, ...). We didn't have time to take advantage of all the services that they had to offer so when they charged a mandatory $40 USD fee + tax for every day we stayed I thought it was quite unfair. In terms of the actual cleanliness of the room, it was alright. I liked the bathroom since it was spacious and had a big mirror. Overall, I recommend staying at this hotel as long as you are also able to make use of the daily fee."

"Staff were friendly and helpful....except for when I had an issue with no cold water in the shower, fiddled with it for 20 minutes but it was scalding hot. Maintenance guy showed up and wrenched the handle back and forth with way more force than should be required, apparently the mixing valve was stuck. He then proceeded to lecture me on how showers "worked". I know how showers work when they work properly. The tub drain was also very slow so that by the end of the shower I was ankle deep in water and soap sludge. All that said, can't bet the location, all other staff interactions were friendly and helpful. They let us check our bag on arrival so we could hit Times Square until the 4 P.M. check in time, and again on check out day so we could wander around a bitore and have lunch before heading to the airport. Just bad luck getting the room I had I guess, I'd stay at the property again."

"Room was not clean. Towels & pillow cases all had some sort of brown or yellow stain. One even had hair on it. They could’ve at least switched it out. Bed sheets were dirty too. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash are complimentary which is understandable but were literally empty. The only good thing was the location of the hotel. Everything at a walking distance"
