"Perfect location, great staff & hotel was very clean."

"My friend and I stayed 6 nights on the 18th floor. Only two elevators are used for floors 1-18. One had been down before we checked in, and was still when we checked out this morning. So very long waits to go up and down. Housekeeping wouldn’t always give use clean washcloths (even though we got fresh hand and bath towels), so we had to call to get clean ones. There is a $45/night resort fee on top of the price you pay on Expedia. This allows you to get 10% of a few restaurants in the hotel. I came to Manhattan to tour the city sites and restaurants-not stay and eat in theirs. So not happy that this isn’t made clear when booking your reservation!"

His handling of a guest situation was hostile, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional, culminating in me being removed from the hotel by security at 2am without justification. I was then charged $300 for damages I did not cause and did not authorize. This reflects a serious lapse in judgment and raises concerns about how guests are treated at this property. The matter is currently being disputed and escalated."
