"The property is lovely and has a very traditional English feel which we appreciated, however the entire property lacks any ventilation/airflow - suffice to say there is also no air conditioning - which made the rooms simply insufferable during a heat wave. Recognizing that the climate has changed, management needs to provide at minimum a fan per room to enable some degree of ventilation and air movement during summer months if they expect guests to be able to sleep and enjoy the facilities."

"Lovely modern hotel with fantastic views, clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was fantastic quality and served in a buffet style with plenty of variety. We ate at the Fourteen Sky Bar & Restaurant which was beyond amazing, a great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was delicious with a great choice of wine too. The only two issues which were "annoying" was the open access to the Restaurant / bar area, whilst sat eating I counted at least 30 tracksuit wearing kids simply coming up to look out of the balcony; and secondly the access of UBER, this may not be the hotels fault but never the less it was a huge annoyance, you have to walk 5 minuets up the road to be picked up, it was warm and sunny this morning so OK but if it were raining this would not work. I know this is a mixed opinion, but if they sort the UBER / Taxi access and limit entrance to the roof to "paying guests / diners" then you have a 10 out of 10 location / hotel / restaurant."

They don't always provide enough towels for us I.e 2 instead of 3. But it's never a problem to get the third one. Breakfast is nice and food is usually well topped up."

Everything you need for a comfortable short stay including buffet breakfast, hot or cold. Only negative was the hot breakfast quality not too good (eggs, and hash browns) but enough other items were more than enough for a decent breakfast. Would highly recommend and definitely would book again."
